Duane Grassbaugh, Democratic candidate for State Representative of the 90th District, will debate his Republican opponent, Margaret Ann Ruhl, on the issues facing Ohio and the 90th District.  The debate will take place at the Knox County Career Center auditiorium, 306 Martinsburg Road, Mount Vernon.
