Lee Fisher to Join Other Top Dems at “Taste of Ohio” Event

Ohio Lieutenant Governor Lee Fisher, Democratic candidate for the U.S. Senate, will attend the Knox County Democratic Party’s “A Taste of Ohio:  Chairmen’s Night” fundraiser on July 24. Democrats are invited to join Lt. Gov. Fisher, U.S. Congressman Zack Space (OH-18), union leader Joe Rugola, and other special guests in celebrating the work of past party chairs at “A Taste of Ohio: Chairmen’s Night.”  Complete info, including a map, can be found here.

Also newly added to the slate of special guests are Mary Jane Trapp, candidate for Ohio Supreme Court, and Neil Patel, who is running for Ohio Senate, 19th District. The event takes place at the newly launched Vino Where You Live.

In addition, Kristine Beard, Democratic candidate for Ohio District 5 Court of Appeals, John Ryerson, Democratic candidate for state representative of District 90, and Rebecca Jordan, current Mount Vernon City Councilwoman and candidate for county commissioner, are scheduled to attend.

Tickets for the event are $30 per person.  NextGen Dems—Democrats between the ages of 21-30—are invited at the discounted rate of $20 per person. To reserve your ticket, RSVP to Mary Rugola-Dye at mt.vernon.mary@gmail.com or 740-397-1209.
